While lockdown demands work and limited play, the team had taken some time out together for some physical and mental stimulation. That still matters, right?
The Roth Culture team put together a virtual meditation and yoga session that turned out to be just what we needed. Keeping our employees’ well-being top of mind, it was important to take time off asa team to recuperate. Regaining our energy did wonders not only for our culture but our work output too.

“We understand that this is no easy situation we find ourselves in and it is our responsibility to ensure that our employees are well taken care of. Over and above enhanced communication between senior management and staff, we have also availed services like ICAS Wellness talks, to ensure that staff are kept abreast of ways in which to combat anxiety or discomfort during this trying time. Ensuring that employees are nurtured and supported creates a culture where employees know they are valued, motivating them to push through these difficult times and inspire them to strive for excellence. Our human capital is our most treasured resource. We recognise that a balance between work and life is essential and we provide tools to ensure that staff are well equipped to ensure they create this balance in their lives, ” says Human Resource management, Kamesha Ganamy.
We encourage you to take some time out for your own team’s development needs. First, decide what your key pressure point is as a team and then find innovative methods to stimulate growth. We all know that stepping away gives our brains’ time to produce new out of this world thinking.
